We built TalkMyDoc to simplify telemedicine consultation. Pre-COVID, before telemedicine was common in Nepal, doctors were overwhelmed by unstructured WhatsApp and Viber consultations. TalkMyDoc introduced a written, request-based workflow for structured chat, booking, and teleconsultation giving doctors control and patients confidence.
