Talk My Doc provides the platform to casually converse with a health care provider through chat messages or set up an appointment for a video consultation. The app also provides a BMI calculator, color blind test, and a news feed for medical updates from doctors.

Once you have download the app, register your device by providing your country and phone number. Once the device is verified, register with basic profile information. You are all set to use the app!

Find a doctor whom you want to chat with from the doctor’s list and send a chat request. Once the doctor accepts your request, you can start chatting.

If you want to set up a tele call, update your Talk My Doc credits through the profile page and then set up the appointment with the doctor of your choice.

How to delete your Talk My Doc Account?

We are committed to providing our users with the option to delete their account and data if they choose to do so. Please follow these steps in the app to delete your account.

• Open Talk My Doc app, click on your profile picture to get to your profile page.
• Click the edit/pencil icon on the top right corner.
• Scroll down on the page and click ‘Delete Account’
• A prompt will appear to delete all the data including messages, appointments, and profile data. Click ‘Yes’ to delete the account.
